Code of conduct


IASH Members wish to ensure that display ads placed via their networks do not appear on websites which could jeopardise advertisers' brands.

This Code provides a formal framework for best practice for IASH Members to follow when dealing with advertisers, agencies, networks and site owners. The purpose of the Code is to give those buying, selling or brokering internet advertising space a clear understanding of the types of inventory which can and cannot be used when fulfilling an ad insertion order.

 

The IASH Code comprises:

1    The Principles of the IASH Code

2    Schedule A - Mandatory IASH Terms and Conditions
Contains the wording that must be contained in IASH Members’ Publisher Agreements in order that the Site(s) in question may qualify as IASH Inventory.

3    Schedule B - Site Vetting Checklist
The Site Vetting Checklist is an Excel document which is always available from the IASH Audit Committee or from the IASH website.  A screenshot is shown for information.  Alternative methods of providing the same information are acceptable in accordance with Article 5.2 of the Code.
