IASH grows its membership to 24 as two further companies receive official accreditation.
Jemm Media and Vibrant successfully passed ABCe audit to become full members of the Internet Advertising Sales House Council.

IASH has once again grown its membership base, as Jemm Media and Vibrant received accredited membership status following the March 2009 audit by ABCe, bringing the member total to 24 companies.
The independent audit by the UK industry owned auditor, confirms these two advertising networks have complied with key elements of the IASH Code of Conduct – using best practice to minimise the risk of advertising appearing on inappropriate sites.
IASH exists to police and encourage best practice among online advertising sales houses and IASH is a symbol of trust and transparency, providing confidence and reassurance to advertisers and publishers. IASH has seen its membership increase dramatically in 2009 and has made some key announcements including launching a centralised site vetting solution for members.
Matt Whaley, MD of Jemm Media Ltd said: “We are delighted to have passed the rigorous audit process and gain membership status to IASH. Being one of the newer display network's doesn't mean we can’t stand tall with some of the industries big players and be able to deliver a rivalled service to meet our client’s needs. We are really proud to be working to the IASH Code of Conduct and also becoming a member of the IASH communications committee. We have already seen the benefits of becoming an IASH Council Member in this short time and can see a very bright future “
Craig Gooding, CCO and co-founder, Vibrant, said, “Vibrant is proud to support IASH’s efforts to deliver guidelines and standards for online advertising and for our trusted network of 4,000 premium publishers and 135 million users.” (comScore, 2009)
Julia Smith, Senior manager of IASH commented: “We are delighted to welcome Jemm Media and Vibrant Media as newly accredited IASH Members. Both companies have worked hard to pass the stringent audit carried out by ABCe and they are both now committed to adhering the IASH Code of Conduct.”

Jemm Media concentrates on delivering highly optimized DR focused global marketing campaigns. Jemm Media has also created a sister company called Jemm Technology which has evolved whilst creating their own innovative tools in display advertising optimization, security and management.

IASH members wish to ensure that display ads placed via their networks do not appear on websites which could jeopardize advertisers' brands. This Code provides a formal framework for best practice for IASH Members to follow when dealing with advertisers, agencies, networks and site owners. The purpose of the Code is to give those buying, selling or broking internet advertising space a clear understanding of the types of inventory which can and cannot be used when fulfilling an ad insertion order.
